This PRESENTATION will be led by EEOC Mediator Elizabeth A. Marcus, who will discuss the role of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). It is also illegal to discriminate against individuals who have complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit. Additionally, the EEOC works proactively to prevent discrimination through outreach, education, and technical assistance programs.
Any Employer with questions about the laws enforced by the EEOC or about compliance with these laws in specific workplace situations is encouraged to attend this workshop!
