
Spring 2026 Mentorship Program – RFI and Modeler Training Begins March 2, 2026
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NOW!
- Applications will be accepted for the spring cohort on a rolling basis.
- First-Round Interviews will be done on a rolling basis.
- Second-Round Interviews will be January 26 – February 6, 2026. .
- Decisions emails will be sent out the week of February 9 – 13, 2026.
- OSHA-10 will run from February 23 – 27, 2026.
- Classes Start Monday, March 2nd for both RFIs and Modelers (concurrently) from 5:00 – 7:30 PM weeknights (M-F).
We are now accepting applications for our Spring 2026 Mentorship Program for those who would like to receive training to become a Rating Field Inspector (RFI), HERS Modeler, or HERS Rater (PLEASE NOTE: Candidates who have previously completed our RFI or HERS Modeler Training will be given priority for the mentored slots in the HERS Rater Training.)
Candidates applying for this program will participate in a comprehensive intake and needs assessment process, and if selected will receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship and case management, as well as, job placement support at no cost. Our mentorship program excellent entry point into the HERS Rating Industry.
